Lili Anne Taylor is an American actress. She portrays Cecilia Abbott in the Prime Video neo-western mystery thriller, Outer Range.

Biography

In a household with five other siblings, Taylor grew up in Glencoe, Illinois, a north Chicago suburb. She graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois in 1985 and went on to attend The Theatre School at DePaul University before being cut from the acting program, and the Piven Theatre Workshop.

Taylor made her television debut in 1986, in a minor role as a waitress in Crime Story. She would begin to gain recognition for her roles in multiple films throughout the late 1980s and 90s, including Mystic Pizza, Bright Angel, Household Saints, Girls Town, A Slipping-Down Life. Taylor is just as known for her television roles, including Six Feet Under, State of Mind, Almost Human, and Hemlock Grove. Her accolades also include a Golden Globe, an NBR Award, a Golden Space Needle, a Sundance Special Jury Prize, four Independent Spirit nominations, and many more.
